Good product cable holds well. Had it for over 4 months no issues yet.

Seems pretty solid for the price
Fits the bill for me to carry a badge and equipment access key. Only negative is the loop isn't very large and it doesn't fully click in around my equipment key. But other than that, so far it seems really sturdy and should last me a good while! 👍

BROKEN - Not what I expected
2020 Update - One year laterUnsnapped to change badges and it broke (see photos). I was careful, took good care of it, and didn’t unsnap it often. It’s just cheap....This item was not what I expected. There are a couple of problems, the first being that it simply feels cheap. The plastic snap will likely wear out quickly and is not designed like traditional lanyard snaps.All things considered, I ultimately purchased this to keep my ID badge from flipping around while I walk. Unfortunately the standard plastic badge holder I use makes the whole think pointless because it’s too “heavy”. The “twist free” mechanism is designed poorly with too much give.

Wow! These are cheap but durable.
I wouldn't be surprised if these weren't made to MILSPEC or something. Yeah, they are that durable. Where I work our ID badge has to be on display at all times in certain areas. I just hang it on this retractable thing on my belt which satisfies the security people and keeps from flinging all over on a necklace or something. I am very impressed with the quality especially after using a couple of different ones. I will buy these again if the need arises.

Works excellent. I got fed up with the free ID-reel's work kept giving me. It's the small things in life; since I got this I haven't had any issues. Also, it's an innovative design, the way the ID clip is fit together with the reel ensures that the tag stays in an ID forward position.
