Poligrip Power Max Ultimate All-in-1 Denture Adhesive Cream, Zinc Free, 2.2 oz (4 Pack)

I used a competitor's product years ago and wasn't thrilled with the results. I was inexperienced with dentures then, but I've since had a couple decades of experience. I have read other recent reviews before making the decision to give the Poligrip Max all-in-one a try. No, despite marketing claims I have not achieved 12-hour adhesion. However, the very first day I was able to see satisfactory results for about ten consecutive hours. That's acceptable to me and if I was at home I could apply a little more of the product to extend the adhesion for several more hours. I use the adhesive only on my lower denture. It's a temporary "healing full-denture" while my gums heal from a couple recent extractions. Under advice of the dentist, I could use adhesive sparingly after waiting 3-weeks for healing to advance. I could not extend the adhesive over the extraction sites. So, even with less than the manufacturer's recommended application I did achieve a satisfactory 10-hr first day of use. Most of all, I like the fact there's no zinc in the ingredients and definitely no flavor or chemical taste. For my usage I think it's a good product and good value.

I have a basket full of adhesive, all different kinds, including zinc in them. I just got this today, put it on a clean, bottom denture, added some plot powder on top of it, spritz that. Let them sit a few minutes, so far they have lasted six hours through eating something and drinking cold beverages. It is very much holding, compared to anything else, this one takes the cake. If you’re anything like me that nothing else is worked, this is well well worth it.! I am glad I found this item on my denture site. I belong to.

Kind of skeptical about this one. We use Poligrip and thought we would give this Zinc free version a try. Main concern is how long it holds. Pleasantly surprised as it lasted 3-4 hours. Just a tad better than our preferred poligrip we normally purchase. This one is Zinc free has very little taste to it. Not all day as both brands we tried won't do this. Tops yes, all day. Bottoms are the ones that turn loose with 2-3 hours. This brand held in there for 3-4 hours. Wish gorilla glue made denture cream. But, we would probably need a case knife to pry em out! LOL

This does not hold as well or as long as Fixodent but it has no zinc. The zinc in Fixodent almost killed me, literally. I now have to take B12 shots for the rest of my life as over the counter pills wont work. We tried. I contracted Pernicious Anemia. Long story short, be very very careful. I will use Polygrip and be extremely grateful I have the opportunity to use it. I recommend this product over all others!

Does what it should with just a small application. Four tubes will last a very long time.

Great holding power

It’s good…to a point. The peoduct, in my case, is good but notVERY good. It does the job for one meal but seldom is it strong enough to last through two meals. It is just OK, not really enthused with it. Yet, I have not found any of them that I have tried being above mediocre. Therefore the grade C if I may liken it to school marking, is all I can give it.

My mom just got dentures and she hates them. Her bottom ones keep falling out which makes me sad and makes her very angry. This seems to help somewhat and it’s the only one that has kind of worked. She has tried about seven different products now.
