Honestly, I cannot live without these whenever I have some sore inside my mouth. It helps the healing process by protecting the holes in your mouth. Would def recommend.

Used it on my split lips. Every winter they split and are sore and both lips have split in the recent cold weather. This stuff is brill! Just take care to only put it where needed. I accidentally got some on my teeth and it drove me nuts for a few days.
