Easy to install, works perfect!

I'd never dealt w barn doors prior to this. Installation was easy..it rolls great, nice and smooth but I didn't use the floor guide. It's cheap plastic that requires u to cut into the bottom of the door w antable saw to create a trench for it to sit in. There r better ways to guide the bottom of a barn door.

Heavy duty and comes with a lot of hardware. My only complaint is the instructions are lacking

We actually have this outside and haven’t had any problems! It’s been through 2 winters so far.

This hardware kit was very sturdy and beautiful to the eye; however, the instructions appeared backwards, with steps out of order. And the instructions were in such small font that we had to use a magnifying glass to see them — and I have perfect vision. I looked for instructions on the website with no luck either. In addition, the instructions said we needed a plumb bob, for example, but no where in the instructions did it ask us to use this item. Yet we needed a socket and no where was that mentioned in the instructions or list of tools/supplies needed. Regardless of my challenges, my next hardware kit will be a lot easier since I now have some experience under my belt, but this took 3 of us 4 hours, and my dad is no stranger to such projects. There is no way I could have hung this railing without someone with an above average knowledge of tools (since I clearly didn't have the knowledge). Lastly, apparently I am stronger than hulk because when I tightened the door stop on the rail, a piece of it broke off in two pieces in my hand. Thankfully we only needed one door stop since the other side of the railing hit the wall perfectly. But I will attempt to contact the company for a replacement.
