Absolutely delicious and I can see the changes after a week of drinking it. My digestive system is working the way it should. I use a packet of stevia to my taste but the tea really doesn't need it. Make sure to get yourself a mesh steeping ball to put in your cup. These are not tea packets, they are pre-meassured packets to use with a teas steeper.

Great tea. I let a pack steep in a jug and get 3 servings out of it. I must say it does have me calmer. Will be purchasing again.

It's delicious!

There's lots of nutritional value in this tea & it has a nice smooth taste. I have been drinking it everyday & using one packet twice! I think this will be a staple in my cabinet going forward. By the way, I NEVER write reviews or go passed choosing the stars.
