NOW Foods Brewer's Yeast 650 mg 200 Tabs

EXCELLENT ITEM

Doesn’t taste bad but it does leave some powder residue, easy to swallow although they are very big. I take two tabs once a day and it has been helping my milk supply and maintains it. Drink more at your own discretion because they do help milk supply a lot.

Definitely helped give a little boost to my milk supply at 6 months postpartum. Started having to combo feed at around 4 months because my baby just wasn't satisfied with the amount I was making, even though it was 'average'. I wanted to still be able to provide mostly breastmilk for her, if possible. Tried Legendairy supplements for a month, and they didn't help. However, this has definitely helped get me a few extra ounces throughout the day! No side effects.

A must have for slow digestion. The only thing I don’t care for is that the serving suggestion is 3 large pills 3 x a day. If you do that this bottle will last about a week, lol. It’s pretty effective it lower quantities too. It does smell like a brewery. But after you swallow you don’t taste it much.

Soooo glad I gave this a try! My baby is EBF and while I was a “just enougher” when pumping, she began to eat more and I wasn’t able to keep up. I was coming up just a few ounces short of her needs. I read all the reviews about brewers yeast and these particular supplements and decided to give it a try. My baby has severe reflux and a very, very sensitive tummy and so do I. We have not had any tummy troubles at all! I use a pump log app to track my pumps. Before these supplements, I pumped 29 ounces. After, I pumped 36. As you can see, I pumped (almost) the same amount of minutes in each screenshot. I also drink a lot of bodyarmor throughout the day to stay hydrated. The combo has been amazing for my supply. Definitely worth trying.

I ordered these to help with my milk supply and I gone back to work. They are easy to swallow but I didn’t see a noticeable difference with my supply. I won’t be repurchasing, there’s other stuff I have taken that I can see a noticeable difference.

I bought this to help my milk supply. While they do not taste the best, I feel like I have seen an increase since using them. I think this product is definitely worth the money and to try if you’re struggling with milk supply!
