I can tell a huge difference when taking one of these daily. I have consistent energy to get me through the day. They taste amazing alone or can be added to other things to make fun drinks. I used this back in 2010, when I worked for Young Living for a few years. I'm not sure why I stopped, but fast-forward 15 years, and it is even more powerful and delicious. It really works for energy. It is especially good for those who want to limit caffeine but still need a jolt!

Great stuff! The flavor is tasty. I really like the individual packets; it made me feel focused and revived. I would have given five stars, but it is a bit pricey. I took the recommendation from another reviewer and refrigerated the products and it does make it taste better.
