Awesome product no jitters, no it’s not the real but pretty close obviously you needs a dr prescription for that. However keeps me trim and slim without any side effects of dependence

I wish I could give this zero stars and I rarely write reviews, but I really wanted to warn people about this poison. It literally made me so violently ill and I am not a sensitive person with a sensitive stomach. I couldn’t figure out what was making me sick. I was literally gagging over a trashcan three days in a row and thought that I was just weirdly sick for no reason. My heart was beating. I was sweating. I was vomiting. I am not caffeine intolerant by any means. I don’t know what is in this stuff to make me so violently ill, but it is absolutely horrible. Please do not purchase. On top of that, there was no benefits from taking the medication at all, no energy, no appetite suppressant.

Works great gives me a little nausea after taking it the 1st 2 day the third day not so sick feeling. But it does suppress your appetite. And gives me a tiny bit of energy

Definitely helps with cravings!! Also really really helps with my mood and fatigue!! Only downside is it does every once in a while make your stomach upset but nothing crazy.
