The taste is quite strong, but that's what you get with a sugar-free version of gummies like this. The taste will not bother you at all if you don't mind the apple cider vinegar flavor! There is no strong smell though, so the taste did catch me off guard a bit. Serving size of 2 gummies makes this a good month's supply. I have noticed great effects in reducing my hunger and boosting energy levels. The gummies are typical gummy vitamin size. If not eaten with a meal this will upset your stomach, so definitely follow the directions as printed!!! Overall these are of great quality, effective, and a good value per serving. Definitely would get these again if I continue to see good weight loss and energy boosting results! I can not report any help with pain relief as I do not suffer from chronic pain.

These gummies are dangerous. They have the best flavor I have ever tasted in a supplement. I actually look forward to taking my supplements because of these. I fully believe that based on flavor alone they are 100% worth the price. The texture is just like a fruit snack. I have seen no changes in m symptoms since moving from my old supplement to these so I would say effectiveness and quality are spot on, but these have a much better flavor and experience. I received a second bag of these same gummies, and they have changed. The flavor now is more cinnamon, and I personally cannot taste the watermelon at all. Texture is still good, but they are a tad chalky on the outside. Not sure if the formula has changed. The shape is also completely different. Which leads me to believe that something else has changed to this product since my last review.

Update: They do have great customer service so I can't fault them for that. The change isn't great taste-wise, but if it works better, that's great. They seems to have a satisfaction guarantee in my experience, so you can't lose if you don't like the product. Old review: I loved these gummies when they were the little dome shape. Great, fantastic flavor. Delicious, better than most candy. Now, they're a poor, bitter shell of their former selves. Perhaps it's more potent, but I just can't enjoy these anymore. A gummy is only good if it's tasty. Otherwise, I'd just get capsules.

This product was a winner for me out of all the other brands I tried. The gummies tasted great and it really stopped the bloating and weight gain. However when I went to reorder it they sent the "upgraded one with Ceylon Cinnamon and Milk Thistle (powder on the gummies) which has a strong cinnamon taste that I don't like. That was NOT THE ONE I ORDERED the first time and being that I don't like the taste of cinnamon it is kind of nasty to me. I wish they would have sent the one in the picture above, the one I ordered the first time and thought I was re-ordering.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I can't tell if these do anything other than taste like vinegar. They are all stuck together in one big sticky lump in the bag, and they stink and taste like apple cider vinegar but more vinegar than apple. I used to like warm apple cider vinegar but these are difficult to get past the strong vinegar-ness. They are soft at least and not hard to chew. I just can't take them regularly enough to tell if there's a benefit
