Easier to use than traditional bottle (no mess on hands). Same stuff and performance as the regular cream just easier application method (roller ball) so you don’t need to immediately wash hands after applying. Provides good (temporary) relief after a long day - won’t solve the underlying problem of course, but sometimes you just want it to stop hurting for a while and this does it for me.

Really like that it is a roller and not rub on. Easy to use. The lidocaine works great without the icy hot smell!

Great stuff. This really helps with pain. I have bad neuropathy in my feet and by applying this every night, I get a better nights sleep.

Always up to par the pads don’t stick like they use to and they feel sticky wet !!!????

This product doesn’t even deserve one star, it doesn’t do a single thing. I tried it twice, my husband tried it. Absolutely nothing happened. Nothing icy, nothing hot, no numbing. It was the equivalent to rubbing water on me.

This does not work as well for me as Aspercreme. But maybe that's just me, try them both to see which works best for you.
