Works as advertized

The replacement diaphram fit perfectly and was very easy to snap on. With cheaper brands, I felt like I had to wrestle to get on, but this fit like a glove. No gaps, perfect sound. It fit my Littmann classic II. Highly recommend paying the few bucks more for this quality product.

I normally buy the brand name diaphragm replacement for my Littman. This was cheap enough that I purchased this at the same time as buying a new Littman diaphragm. Initially, it was harder to put on the stethoscope, but now I am a big fan because it does not come off when I pull my stethoscope out of my bag. In the future, this is my 1st choice, not a back-up option. The white also looks clean and fresh. I have not used the ear pieces yet.

I believed based on the picture and description that’ the set came with a replacement bell piece. Only to find out it doesn’t. They also won’t let me return them because I don’t have UPs anywhere near my area. Works if you only need ear & diaphragm pieces, but otherwise a total waste of money. Feels a bit like a scam cause of all this…
