Excellent reusable baking liner
This baking liner is an excellent tool for every baker because it is so convenient to have at hand since you need to cut it once and it is always ready to go. This product is slightly cheaper than the precut version, but it gives you the freedom to cut it however you want. However, I have to admit that it can be quite tricky and time-consuming to cut it precisely. I had to first create a paper stencil to ensure that the size was precise and only then I transferred it to the Bake-O-Glide, end even then I had to tweak it to be able to fit it inside the tin bottom. It took me approximately an hour to cut all of the pieces to size, and I ended up with two circular liners (24.5 cm in diameter) two rectangular liners and one wall liner for cake ti; I attached a photo showing this. By cutting them in a certain way I was able to have very little waste which is good as PTFE (Teflon) is not that good for the environment. When it comes to safety, Teflon is not the best material to use in the kitchen because if heated beyond 230 degrees Celsius it starts to break down and can be harmful when inhaled. However, it is used in a lot of kitchen bakeware so we are already exposed to it and it is fine as long as it is not damaged or overheated. You might think that the parchment paper is safer because it is paper after all, but you would be wrong, the bleached kind contains toxins as well and due to treatment of paper to withstand high temperatures it is not biodegradable. When it comes to health, safety and environmental impact the silicone mats are the best.Overall, I enjoy baking with this liner, it is easy to clean and it is really convenient as I don't have to cut parchment paper every time I am baking something, it has endured a lot of baking so far and is not showing any signs of stopping so I would recommend it as a good enough solution.

Excellent - much better than baking paper or silicone.
Excellent product. I bought this to bake lye rolls, as I had read that thin teflon-coated baking sheets such as this are resistant to the NaOH and give the best results. It does perform as well as expected, and I now use it for all other baking as well. I wish I had bought it long ago. It is much better than baking paper / baking parchment, as lies totally flat, does not stick to the baked goods, is chemically resistant (for household use, see above), and can be reused again and again (the pack says 100x, I have not quite reached that number yet). It is much better than silicone baking mats, because it lets the heat through from the bottom of the oven, and it is very easy to clean and to dry. After use, you wipe it with a wet cloth, leave it to dry or dry it with a tea towel, and it goes back into its tube. This roll is very easy to cut to size, and covers two large baking trays with a bit to spare. I use these with perforated baking trays (Staedter Herdbackblech) and so far I am very happy indeed with the results.

This is a nice economical size piece of Bake-O-Glide that I’ve found great for cutting up to suit to the shapes and sizes that I need.

Thick non-stick and good quality
I use these to line baking tins for making flapjacks and tray bakes. They are thick, good quality and non-stick. I use them weekly and they usually last about a year after constant use.

Lasts for years
We only replace this sheet when it’s been cut by a knife by someone who doesn’t realise that’s not a good idea. Other than that they do let for years. This pack gave us three small aga baking sheet liners with some left over. Makes cleaning after roasting and baking a breeze.
