This has no taste at all. I pour a little “mountain” scoop on top of my morning hot coffee and it sort of melts right in - no stirring required. After it has disappeared into the coffee I add creamer and give it a stir. It mixes in with no effort this way.Stronger fingernails. My fingernails have never been “good”. They were bendable, warped, and thin and would split, peel, or break before they could grow out - for my entire life. Since using AlgaeCal Collagen every day, after growing off the “old” nail, I now have strong, thicker, longer nails than I’ve ever had! It seems pricey, but for someone who has a lifetime of struggling with too-thin nails, putting this expense in my planned budget is worth it!

This is a wonderful product. It actually works, unlike many products out there. I used to be able to grow claws for nails, As I got older, I could not. Now, two months in, my claws are back. They're very hard, just like they used to be, and I have trouble clipping them. I'm not complaining! My hair looks better, and my skin looks amazing. I am hoping it will eventually help my joints.

Best deal on an engineered collagen formula. You get 5 g each of Fortigel and Fortibone then less of Verisol then UCII, with the Verisol being a decent collagen, but clearly not being used as filler -- which is impressive. You are not getting taken for a ride here.

This collagen dissolves very well and has no taste. I can't speak to the benefits yet, as I've only used it for 3 + weeks. The reason for the four stars is that there isn't 30 servings in the container. I had it on subscribe and save, but am not going to make it to the next delivery date. Not even close. I had to cancel the subscribe and save and re sign up so that I can continue to use it daily, otherwise it costs more..My thoughts are that I may need to weigh my portions from now on to make sure that I'm getting the correct amount rather than scooping it. If after weighing it for a month, it turns out that it does last a month, I will come back and revise my review. It's a pita that I'll need to weigh it, but weigh it I will.

I was reluctant to invest $ in this product. My concerns were about taste, texture, how well it would dissolve and how my touchy digestive system would tolerate. I am happy to report that this stuff dissolves quickly, easily, and completely in my morning coffee. Even if my coffee gets cold, there is no evidence of the powder. No gut issues! There is no taste. I have only been using it for a few weeks so can’t yet report on effects on hair and nails.

After reading about the different kinds of collagen, I settled on this brand. It is made in the USA and has all various kinds of collagen. It is pricey, but here is what I like:1. It dissolves easily2. I tastes great3. It was very good for my bones (I have had osteoporosis for over 30 years)4. My thinning hair seemed to grow faster (It did not become thicker)5. My fingernails are strongerI liked it so much that I have reordered several times. I will not get a bone scan until fall, so I will not know how it affected my bones until then.

I am on my third container of this product so plenty of time to be able to see a significant improvement. I mainly bought this for bone and joint health but was hopeful for the external benefits as well. I can honestly say, my joints feel more lubricated and I have less pain but I do a lot of other supplements so it's difficult to say honestly the improvement is strictly attributed to the product. I have not noticed any difference in my nails or skin.
