Brilliant item. Great for tendinitis relief. Comfortable and easy to use. My only gripe is it doesn’t stay cold for very long but it’s still cooler than room temp so it’s not that bad. I run a naturally hot body temp so that could be a factor, hence why I’m not knocking off any stars.

I have tendonitis and often need to chill my thumb down to the wrist, stays cool for a long time even when not in the fridge. Fits well as you can adjust it and nice and soft, goes quite high on the thumb unlike others

Way too cold when you get it out the freezer (the product itself recommends using a barrier between your skin and the glove at first), making it too painful to wear for a good 5 mins or so. Then, it’s great. It gives relief and feels nice. But after another 10 mins it’s no longer cold. Sure, if you want only 10 mins of relief, go for it, but I think it’s a bit of waste of money. They should have used better materials so it kept cold longer and didn’t potentially damage your skin.Would return if I hadn’t already used it and thrown the box away.

Only stayed cold for 5 minutes after being in the freezer for 4 hours... not much use really and returning.

I really like this! It’s seems like a very good quality. It feels soft to the touch and also while it’s on. It’s almost comforting while it’s on, like cushioning and embracing my hand. I use it for my DeQuervains. The icing is very strong, almost painful, I do have to separate my skin from it a few times in the first few minutes, but the intensity does not last for long. The coolness does stop around 10 minutes. It was worth it to get a second one to do hot and cold compresses and switch off or even back to back icing. I think it’s an effective way to treat issues while being able to move about the house freely. Lots of flexibility.

Cools quickly and feels amazing when in pain. it's way more comfortable than a cold pack, and covers everything perfectly. Just have to be careful about it being too cold initially. Lasts 15-20 minutes when cool.

I ordered this for when I strain a wrist, as I sometimes do while doing things around the property. It is perfect for my needs and a lot easier and less bulky than trying to wrap a rectangle cold pack around my wrist and secure a towel over it. I really like that it can work on either wrist, although it took me a few to figure out using the strap for the first time. The material is smooth and comfortable and feels good when on. It was pretty stretchy (but still fit snugly), even with the gel in it. I tried it on out of the box, and it was noticeably cool, probably from being in the Amazon truck all day), and stayed cool for probably 8-10 minutes without my having to put it in the fridge. I tested putting it in the freezer, and it got good and cold (too cold for me), so I will keep it in the fridge in a plastic bag to keep odors out of it. I usually use cold or hot treatment for about 15 minutes, and it stayed cold well past that. The same with heat - I put it in the microwave for the prescribed 25 seconds, and it was quite warm and stayed warm for well more than 15 minutes. I am 5'9" with large hands, and it fit me well. I have a family member with large, meaty hands and it fit him okay, but took more effort to put it on. I am glad I ordered this pack, and will order again if there is the need.
