Everyone needs AG1!
I’ve been taking AG1 for a few months now and I cannot describe to you how amazing I feel throughout the day. On top of that, I sleep better and I haven’t got sick since I’ve been taking it. It’s now a great part of my morning routine since I don’t eat breakfast, it’s an easy and quick delicious and healthy thing to do consume first thing in the morning. As a nice bonus, it’s a lovely unboxing experience and the packaging feels high quality and durable. Everyone should be drinking this!

Jury is out just yet
This is the 2nd purchase for my husband. He thinks it’s making a difference hence splashing out for another months supply as that’s how long they suggest it takesVery expensive and I didn’t need the scoops or the bottle as we had them from the first order. Had a look on eBay and there are quite a few bottles on there which suggests that I’m not the only one who would just buy the powder

Great stuff,but shop around
Iv been taking AG1 for about 6 weeks now ,im very impressed i definitely feel more energetic and stronger, but the price is absolutely ridiculous, iv found it for more or less half price on eBay, £97 a month on Amazon, come on!

It’s okay
Having seen this advertised a ton on social media before trying, I have been dubious of the health benefits. The starter pack comes with a scoop and a bottle included which is very handy. I have been taking this daily in the morning and here are my findings:- it mixes well with water and isn’t gritty- it tastes good, not like other ‘greens’ supplements that just taste like grass- I have good levels of energy, but haven’t seen any noticeable benefits yet- it’s quite expensive for what it isIf it works for you, then it’s a simple and easy way of getting greens in. But you can also do this with a healthy diet made up of whole foods and veggies.

Don’t work, not worth the price.
Expensive, and don’t feel good after using it.Smell is off putting, taste is just off. Mixed well. Didn’t notice a change after use.

An expensive convenience
I’ve been trying this for a few days now and I find the high price hard to square, but I want to give it a fair review and in my opinion there are some pros and cons.ProsConvenience and Comprehensive FormulaIt’s convenient for those who struggle to get enough nutrients from food, due to poor dietary habits. A single scoop combines vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and NSF Certified for Sport, meaning it’s third-party tested for purity and safety.TasteCompared to some green powders that taste like you’re drinking your backyard, AG1 is relatively pleasant, making it tolerable for most when mixed with water. Taste is subjective, but it’s a step up from the competition.Potential BenefitsSome people report feeling more energised, experiencing better digestion, or even noticing stronger hair and nails after using AG1. Personally I experienced none of that, but I think this can only be viewed as one component of a healthy lifestyle.Quality IngredientsAG1 uses whole-food-sourced ingredients, probiotics, and digestive enzymes. It’s free from GMOs, artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, and allergens like gluten, dairy, and corn. If you have dietary restrictions, this may be a benefit.ConsNot all it seemsThe list of ingredients don’t stack up in my opinion. For example, it has 7.2 billion CFUs of probiotics, which sounds like a lot, but this is paltry compared to dedicated probiotic supplements. Adaptogens might also be under dosed, limiting their impact.CostAt roughly £3 per serving, AG1 isn’t cheap. For that price, you could buy plenty of fresh fruits and veggies, which offer fibre, water, and natural benefits a powder can’t fully replicate. A basic multivitamin plus some produce might do the trick for less.Overhyped ClaimsAG1 touts benefits like boosted energy, immunity, and gut health, but I could not find any specific research on the product itself to prove these claims. Not a Whole Foods SubstituteDespite the marketing, AG1 can’t replace a balanced diet. It offers just 2 grams of fibre per serving, which is far less than you’d get from a cup of broccoli (5+ grams). Whole foods also provide bioactive compounds and synergies that powders miss.Bottom LineAG1 is a convenient supplement with quality ingredients and a decent taste, but it’s not a game-changer. If you prioritise an all-in-one solution, it could be worth a try. That said, the high cost makes it a luxury, not a must-have. For most people, a diet rich in whole foods will outshine it.Curious? Give it a go, but keep your expectations realistic. I don’t see how it can replace a healthy lifestyle or a plate of veggies.
