So, I got this because my other robot vacuum stopped working. I was told it may be a battery issue, but instead of forking out the $20 for a new battery, I chose to pay $200 for an entirely new machine. I’m not very savvy when it comes to electronics, but this came with a quick start instruction sheet that made it very easy. It does an awesome job as long as it doesn’t get full while it’s doing the job that you’ve said it to do. I have a dog and two cats, so the hair can get extreme. I set it to do a room at a time and then send it back to the dock. That seems to work pretty well. It will map out your entire house, get familiar with it, and do an amazing job at cleaning up light messes. I am very happy with this purchase.

I have terrazzo/tile floors and can now walk around barefoot on squeaky clean floors even with the dogs going in and out the doggie door all day long. Software with map is great. the "mop" feature is more of a wipe and I will probably not use it again, just regular mopping old school when needed will work better for me. Easy access of filter and brush.

Set up was pretty easy. Alexa voice commands are limited, but works well enough for my needs. The APP can be a bit difficult to figure out (where different things can be found) but I think that's just getting used to the layout.The only thing missing from this vacuum is automated dust bin emptying when it gets full. Seems like a miss on the software design, but given the price point I can live with it. Other smart vacuums may have this function but they are much higher in price.

Bought this a few months ago and only had the chance to get it out of the box a few days ago. Went through the mapping process and the robot went CRAZY! All over the place and could not find its way...So I put it in everywhere clean mode hoping that it would find its mind and do mapping.....Not so....It went crazy again!....I have several different robot vacs with mapping and I have never seen anything like this.....Its possessed!I have attached a screen shot of what the crazy thing did after many attempts.....this product is a disaster!....I want a refund or a replacement!

I've had a couple different Vacuum Robots over the years, but this is my first that is Wifi and Smart Speaker capable. Short story is that this is your average run of the mill connected robot vacuum. You might notice I didn't mention the mop component...ULTRA-SLIM - TP-link claims this robot is ultra slim. It is slightly slimmer in height than my prior vacuum robots, but not enough to be able to get under my kitchen cabinets and similarly raised front items. So no automatic cleaning in that small section under the dishwasher door and cabinets.LiDAR - Considering the device maps the room, including what it can "see" under and around furniture and other objects, I do not doubt it has working LiDAR. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to use it during normal operation, excluding when it randomly stops then spins in a circle and resumes operation. It certainly bumps into walls and furniture all the time, just like the old days of robot vacuums.MOP - The mop function of this vacuum is pretty much pointless. It does not automatically detect hard surfaces and mop them. The robot has to be told it is a hard surface, the mop components need to be prepared and attached, and then the robot has to be told to mop that area. I can literally do it myself faster and without as much difficulty.VACUUM - Just as all the other robot vacuums I have tried, the suction is mediocre and often misses items that are right on top the carpet and definitely cannot handle getting anything out of crevices and spaces between tiles. Sometimes on a return trip, it will accidentally get something it missed.SMART - I've had the unit get lost between the base station and a few feet away, bumping into existing stationary furniture on the way. This does not truly learn and understand. Once it stopped and alerted that it detected a blocked path. It didn't return to the base, or bother to go through the not-blocked path.For the price-point which I bought this unit, it is a good replacement for my old robot which doesn't hold a charge and replacement batteries are not available. It is not much better than the current name-brand units on the market today.
