Has a bit of a learning curve for set up and start up, but then some fun training
Nothing really beats bag work for contact completion. But when you need to work on basic mechanics without having a heavy bag this is a great solution. It's going to take a while to get things put together and find the right strap tightness so it holds steady while being able to still get blood flow through. I was finding the straps slipping a bit and when I got rid of the slip I found I was snugged down too much for good blood flow. This was a learning in progress though. I came to realize a little movement was fine and I didn't need to have them that tight.Once together you will experiment with different ways to work on your techniques with resistance engaged. I'm a pretty long armed and long legged guy so I get resistance starting off roughly midstroke. If you have shorter arms or legs you might find no resistance until right at the end. I haven't found a way to adjust the length of the bands. Also, I have found the leg and arm bands are different lengths but are the same resistance. The only way I find for getting a set of different bands is to get another entire kit. I was thinking perhaps having heavier bands for legs and lighter bands for arms. One thing I do like about the bands is the covering so the expanding resistance material isn't running around your waist rubbing and pinching with each repetition. This cover expands or holds based on contact and allows the inner resistance band to function without added friction to your skin contact points.Maybe some getting started exercises could be included to help the early learning curve of how to align straps for different exercise types would be nice. This is not something it said it included so just a personal preference for which I don't strike a star.Overall, this kit is what it says it is. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes actually a fun training tool.

Great quality
As I recover from hip surgery, I’m still learning how to use the system so I can get back into kickboxingI love the quality and how everything is set upI am still reading instructions so that I understand how to use each piece properlyOverall, I think this is a great comprehensive set to get you in shape for this particular set of skillsAll the straps are extremely durable and the elastic is very strongYou can definitely adjust the resistance level with the bands

Ok the hard part is done...putting everything on and all hooked up for the 1st time!
I'm glad I got this, and I feel it even after just a few minutes. I too had a problem with the foot straps and then I remembered that many years ago I used to have a collar for our family dog that worked that way. It's based on wrapping the strap back on itself so it's using it's other layers and the plastic buckle for friction. Once I got it right on one side, the second one came easy and I was then able to tighten them properly.Which leads me to how much I wish there were printed instructions. Yes I can go online and see, and that is what I finally did after checking inside the box and turning over the papers and even looking at the outside of the box. I mean, when I ordered it obviously I understood the mechanics of it but getting the hook and loop folded back the correct way was a little confusing. Once I got the first wrist strap done, I just repeated my steps on the other 3. So yes, it's ok now but good thing I have a computer sized screen with internet. Plus everything is colored black so that makes it hard to make out things at times. I also didn't receive any workout instructions. My box was kind of mangled so I'm wondering if they fell out. I plan on checking out what might be on Youtube to get some ideas.Anyway, it's a well thought out system and next time it will be a quick prep time and I'll be good to go.

Better for people under 6' tall
At 6'1" we have trouble connecting the bands to the adjustable waistband and the ankle straps. This feels like it is made for a shorter person. It may work well for smaller people, but tall ones beware. However, once it is connected, it adds great resistance to plyometric workouts.
