I received the item massager D6 PRO PLUS quickly in a nice packed box. I like the case which the massager with all the components are stored - like good quality equipment should be.The unit build design is solid and feels good while using it during massage sessions. Having a heat header is a must be item in my opinion, and this massager has it - the function helps me a lot to realese/resolve some miner muscle problems while it allows increasing blood circulation to the problematic muscles parts. As a result of it, I am ready for my soccer game sooner. I love the deep amplitude reaching up to 16mm which is top of the configuration within the massager technology.The service support is outstanding! Due to the charging function mulfunction, I had to contact the service support. After sending an email with a description of the problem late evening, I received a respnd the next day with a detailed message asking me couple questions, and to provide a video which shows me following couple simple steps included in their message.It took me 5 minutes to respond to the service support with my answers and attached video.To my surprice, the following day I received a notice that they are going to send me new massager that will arrive to me in 5 days (3 business days). I am really impressed with the fast and professional approach of the support staff. It seems that It took me approximately 15 minutes to communicate with service support by email messages (send and to respond), and n two days with simple nice, detailed and clear email communication they resolved my inquiry with a ull satisfaction.That is - I call - a SUPERIOR SERVICE!

I was skeptical about buying this, but I AM GLAD I DID!!!! This thing is an investment into your health! Do not buy those cheap copycat brands, those don't have the power or the value this massager has. I love the changeable heads, it has its own case to store all the parts. The battery has to be charged once a week if you use it daily like we do - on high speed. This really does hit the deep tissue muscles and gives pain relief. It is easy to use and the power head will rotate up or down at a 90 degree bend. It has some weight to it but, but if it did not I would think it would not be as good.

Best massage gun I have ever used. I am a physical therapist and have used massage guns for years. This massage gun crushes the all the others out there. I have tried 8 different brands at least. This is so much more powerful and quiet than the others. It is heavy duty. This is definitely for people that love deep tissue stuff. I have had an issue with it breaking after a year of daily use. I contacted customer service and the friendliest staff answered the phone/ emails and resolved the issue is days. They sent me a replacement immediately. Love this company. I highly recommend their products and they are worth every penny. Spend a little more on top quality massagers. The other one don’t last and get really loud and lose power.

I get knots in my upper back/shoulders/traps from lifting and from stress that causes never ending headaches. This gun completely cures that for me. So it took a week of researching and comparing all the specs which made us choose realize this one is better. So happy we did that.Lots of positives to this gun: adjustable arm, battery life, attachments, and even the booklets that come with are spectacular. But the best is of it all is its power and ability to get out knots so fast. There’s really nothing like it.

This massager has become an irreplaceable part of my workout recovery plan.
