How fine ground is this? And, can you use it like a matcha tea by just mixing it with hot water?

Ground very fine. I've only used it in my espresso machine. Have never tried just mixing it in hot water. Sorry!

Preferably for the Company: Instead of wasting the grounds, can i toss them in my Nutribullet & make a protein shake for later ?

The “grounds” of spent Rooibos tea is simply a fermented, dry leaf. The leaves may not grind. If you don’t mind a bit of chewy bits in your shake, they won’t be harmful; it’s just fiber as such.

Do capsules work in a Nespresso Virtuoso?

This specific product listing is actually for the Ground Red Espresso, it comes in powder form and can be prepared just as you would make your coffee in any traditional coffee maker, whether it is a Drip Coffee-maker, French Press, Italian Moka, Aeropress or a professional Espresso Machine. We do also offer Red Espresso Nespresso capsules but unfortunately our capsules are not compatible with the Virtuo machine. Alternatively, we also carry a wonderful Instant Red Cappuccino Mix - all you need to do is add water and you get a rich and creamy rooibos cappuccino. You don't need any tools or machines.

Rooibos Red Cappuccino!

Rooibos Tea

Simply the best. Have been drinking this particular brand since it was first launched at the International Food Fair in Cape Town. Pop it in my Bialetti Coffee Pot on the stove top. 2 hearty scoops and have the tastiest rooibos cappuccino. Tastes like I am back in South Africa.

The red espresso is just incredible. It's such a wonderful flavour. It's raw and rich, and being caffeine free just works so well. It does great for a variety of drinks and I've used it in many different ways.Absolutely love it.

Tastes like tea

I wasn't expecting it to taste like coffee but nor was I expecting it to taste just like tea. I hate tea, it's disgusting to me, so this is not a good coffee alternative, whatever its health benefits
