Very very good product in my opinion, noticed more energy and feel slightly better given my hectic schedule

It's still not clear what effects these supplements should have on. It didn't do any harm thus far. On a slight positive side, these supplements do make me feel "wake" all day, must point out that I am taking 2 a day, because with one did feel nothing. So, could suggest to review the dosage. Theses are easy to swallow. Size is acceptable. Value for money is good.

I bought these thinking this help boost my energy and other health benefits this product advertises unaware of the hell I was to endure over the several hours after I took my first dose. I was having my breakfast, feeling well, thinking I'm going to enjoy this mornings PT session, I take my morning supplements along with this product (I had checked the ingredients to make sure none would mix/react badly) and again all was well. A couple of hours go by and I begin my warm-up, I notice I'm a little sluggish but not to worry I had been doing some arduous work over the last few days but I can push through this. I begin at the 1st station - the bike. I start with the anaerobic sets then I notice i start to feel unwell towards the end. This is unlike me, maybe it's too stuffy in the gym? Next station, the skiier - definitely something not right i was feeling more and more off-colour, what is wrong with me? Next the Watt bike - i finish the sets but I have changed colour, my gym buddy asks me if I'm okay, I go to the bathroom & just as I closed the bathroom stall my breakfast decides it wants to wish me good morning along with all the water I had drunk during my session - taking note how yellow?! It was. I clear myself up and went to let my gym buddy that I need to get outta here. I walk back, occasionally diving onto a patch of grass where I wretch up more yellow fluids but I am able to get back home and to my room still with some dignity. This is where the fun and games happen, everytime I drank water my body couldn't stomach it and exited my body promptly plus any electrolytes still left in me. My muscles start to spasm and cramp up so I'm crying out in pain whilst wretching whatever my body could. I hit a point where both of my quadriceps suddenly cramp up along with other parts of my body as I try to dive into the bathroom and very nearly pass out due to the sickness and pain my body was enduring. I crawl back to my bedroom and I realise I'm gonna have to force food in me otherwise I'm in serious trouble. I have some fruit to hand and take tiny bite and with tiny sips of water - it had taken 5 hours before the wretching had stopped and my body could finally start absorbing vital nutrients to be able to function again. I messaged a friend who was close by and explained the situation and he was able to go to the shop for me to bring electrolytes and other food so I could start rebuilding my life. As he dropped off the food I advertised this product as an instant weight loss supplement however it's absolutely not worth the pain I had to undertake - he understood what it had done to me and taken it anyways, most likely to destroy it with fire. If you value your health and normal bodily functions absolutely DO NOT purchase this product.

It works great, I felt a difference

I'm into one week taking 2 capsules daily first thing in the morning. For context 42YOM working out 3 times a week, busy work schedule, family etc. I was feeling lethargic and just had no drive for a while so I knew my T was low. After one week I feel energy, good mood. I'm getting aggressive but it's a sign of high T. I sleep better too! Ingredients are clean and you can smell the Maca as you open it up! I will definitely buy more!
