I mainly bought this steam cleaner for my bath tub, where grime and mildew always builds up. I previously used scrubbing chemicals, but they smells bad. So I turned to something safer, like a steam cleaner. I added pics of the before and after because that corner was honestly gross and I didn’t expect steam alone to help that much. Setup was easy, just add water, press the button on the handle, and wait for 10 seconds. It heated up pretty fast. Steam comes out strong, be careful on your hands, I used provided groves. Some very old stains still faintly there, but it looks WAY cleaner and fresher. My only complaint is that the cord could longer. Overall I’m happy with it.

Powerful little workhorse! Wow! I have a cream colored grout throughout my entire house in Florida. Of course it looked great when we first moved in. After being here 4 years the dirt starts to show in the high traffic areas. The cream colored grout throughout grout turns brown. Really diminishes the look of the floor. I decided to give this steamer a try as it had decent reviews and the price was great. I’m very pleased. It comes with a lot of attachments that I will try later for other cleaning jobs. Right now I just wanted to clean my floor grout. You can see from my photos the grout is clean and looks like NEW! I tried my best to capture a video. I’m using a “V shaped” scrub brush I bought to clean corners an it worked great to scrub my ground lines. There are brushes to attach to this steam cleaner but my system worked easier and faster in my opinion. My system? Steam the grout to wet it, then steam and BRUSH it. Lastly, use the steam to blow out all of the dirt. Then you can towel dry the area or mop it and let it air dry. I also used a fan to speed up the floor drying process. I only needed to run the steamer on level 1. It has 3 levels of power. No cleaning products or solutions are required. Just water! The entire area in my photos was cleaned with this steamer. All of the grout was dirty like my BEFORE photo. Very pleased!

Works great, easy to use, did well with long periods of cleaning, it is small but powerful so it’s not ideal for large area cleaning jobs, but it shines when it comes to detailing, it is lightweight and the cord and hose have good reach so most of the time I was able to avoid having to hold the main machine while cleaning, it was very easy to follow the instructions to contact the company to get the replacement heads since after a while the attachments do require replacing, it is a very affordable machine and has been very worth the price, I have used it at least 10 times sometimes for 4-5 hours straight with very little breaks so it definitely seems to be a tough durable machine, I highly recommend this machine it has become a regularly used addition to my cleaning supplies!

I really love this thing! Clean out window sills, grout, baseboard dust, corners and crevasses. That funky handle on your fridge? Clean. Speaking of fridge, have you ever WANTED to clean the fridge? Yes. You will be excited when you see how quick and easy you can clean it. The stove forever will be my nemesis and I am sure, if I cleaned it on a schedule instead of when the house fills up with smoke while I make pizza fries, it would be a much less daunting task; however, this will help you get it clean and it will be great. Here's the only gripe: Replacement attachments are a MUST. One good hard cleaning of my oven and the brass brush was toast. Where can I get more? A pack of 12 would last a good while. Extra color-coded softer brushes would be great. I say color coded because I don't want the toilet brush running along the baseboards or around my kitchen sink. we need extras and lots of them. All in all, I love this machine and love using it.

I’ve been using this Gautye steam cleaner for a couple days and it worked well. I hit my greasy stove first and the high-temp steam just melts it away. Then I did the couch—stains lifted right out, fabric looks refreshed, and it dried fast. Heats up quickly ，tank holds enough for 30–40 min of cleaning. 15 attachments cover grout, glass, upholstery and others. No chemicals, just water—safe around food and kids. Stove and couch look brand new. Love it!
