Zinc and vitamin B6
People are mentioning about added zinc and vitamin B6 in this product but nowhere can you see it mentioned on the bottle so i have my doubts about this product.

Great product helps with so many different problems wouldn’t be without it we found one tablet a day to be adequate. But do drink with a full glass of water.

I have been using this brand for years, but I have just noticed they have changed their formula. Before their formula was: - Elemental Magnesium (325mg) - Citrate (360mg) - Glycinate (360mg) - Malate (360mg) - Taurate (360mg) - Orotate (360mg) Now it is: - Elemental Magnesium (325mg) - Acetate (280mg) - Bisglycinate (280mg) - Malate (280mg) - Taurate (280mg) - Gluconate (280mg) To sum it up: The new formula keeps the same total magnesium, so overall effectiveness is similar. It removed citrate (less laxative effect) and orotate (a premium heart-focused form) and added simpler forms like acetate and gluconate. Bisglycinate may absorb just as well or better. Cheaper to make, but not meaningfully lower quality for most people.
