Not the best.
I currently have sciatica pain and I usually buy a different brand, I thought I will try this as it advertise for sciatica.Sadly for me very mild/ moderate effect. I do feel the numbing sensation but not strong enough for relieve sciatic Pain. I will still finish what I have as there is alot for the value but won't repurchase again.
