I think I’ve tried literally almost every lactation supplement the past three months! And this is the ONLY one that even slightly worked. After my c-section, I was barely producing any milk. Maybe 1 to 2 ounces per pumping session. That’s all. With this supplement, I found my boobs leaking a bit throughout the day… and that never happens to me! It gave me pretty bad gas but that was my only side effect. Lol I’ve tried Cash Cow and Liquid Gold… those didn’t do anything for me. But Pump Princess, oh yes… she’s the one!! If you’re struggling with your milk supply - TRY IT! I’m glad I did!

I took for two days and it made my supply DROP like crazy!! I’m trying to recover and build my supply back up. Sadly not all products work for me and this is definitely one of them. It also gave me and baby horrible gas and has a nasty after taste.

So I started using this product when I found out my baby was having a reaction to fenugreek. Originally I had started my breastfeeding journey using fenugreek my output was just enough for feeding. But my daughter developed terrible eczema all over her body it was heatbreaking. We had to eliminate things one at a time to find out what the cause was (It felt like it took forever) I left fenugreek as the last thing because my breastfeeding consultant told me to take the supplement so it didn't occur to me until we exhausted all other options (diapers, soap, detergent, even bottles soap) so I found legendary milk the fenugreek free on the label was a huge relief for me and reading the story about the founder and her sons reaction to fenugreek really opened my eyes everyone is different. It took days for the fenugreek to leave my body and her skin to clear up and as that time passed I was struggling to produce crying all the time worried and stressed I wasn't feeding her enough I even gave her 4-6 oz of formula at night to make sure she was a well fed baby. THAT IS MOST IMPORTANT PLEASE MOMS REMEMBER THIS and give yourself GRACE a FED BABY is all that matters. But I wanted to continue so I started with cash cow and after about 2 days I saw a big improvement in the morning I was producing 4 oz each breast and by the night I was getting 2oz each breast (my baby is 3 months old and this is pumping after nursing again a fed baby is most important) I did the 10 days and was happy so I just started using pump princess and this was my pump after 3 doses of it about 9 oz in the late morning around 11am and im not sure if its true but my period just returned yesterday and i read your supply can drop so im happy it didnt yet it has actually improved. I will continue to use this product as long as possible my girls skin is completely clear thankfully since using a fenugreek free product. I didnt take photos after cash cow but after reading literally hundreds of reviews on each legendary milk product I realized I am drawn to reviews with photo proof not that i dont believe other reviews only it feels more encouraging. Didn't work for me. May have been bad timing to start taking it (a few weeks before norovirus and a menstrual period knocked me down) but imIt either did nothing or hurt my supply personally.

This supplement did help boost my milk supply, and I noticed an increase within a few days. The ingredients are clean and fenugreek-free, which is a plus. However, I did notice some bloating and gas discomfort in my baby after I started taking it. I reduced the dosage, which helped a bit but didn’t completely solve the issue. It’s effective, but the side effects made me cautious. I’d recommend it, but with close attention to how your baby reacts.

Bought this product to hopefully help production as I have twins and is hard to keep up with supply to feed them. Before taking this, I was having to supplement with formula more than half of their feedings. Now I am only having to supplement 2 of their feedings! Definitely worth buying, especially id you’re a twin momma!

Pump princess is my favorite of legendary milks products for lactation. I found these worked wonders with an increased water intake when my milk was lower than normal or during menstruation. These worked the best for me personally!
