This has been an absolute godsend. This device has been so helpful. I suffer from SLE lupus. The medications that I take causes me to have deterioration in the quad muscles, which results in a lot of pain and atrophy, so being able to have something like this has been extremely beneficial. The options for several modes from massage to Ems to tens has been so helpful in being able to tailor what needs for that day need to be taken care of with this pocket-sized little machine. This device, along with all of the things that come with it are smaller than my Z Fold phone. It is easy to use and extremely convenient and efficient. I would recommend a 100 times purchasing this if you suffer from any kind of pain if you are an athlete looking to help with delayed onset muscle soreness or if you're just someone that can't always move your muscles like you would like to this little guy will help you. Immensely.

I love this TENs unit, it has exceeded all of my expectations. Great quality, easy to function, inexpensive for the quality, pads don’t lose adhesion and a great for pain relief while also being portable. I received a very expensive from my chiropractor a couple years ago, it didn’t work as well, didn’t even have half as many intensity settings and only had the TENS setting instead of TENS, EMS, and Massage like this unit has . I love it .

After waking up several days in a row with my neck and shoulder giving me misery but no obvious source and nothing else helping I decided to whip out my TENS unit. Alas, it had disappeared somewhere into my ADHD cave and couldn't be located. I'd been wanting a newer unit for a couple of years and was shocked at how inexpensive this unit was but read the reviews and took the plunge. A couple of days later I was impressed at how great this budget unit helped out.Now, if you're someone who's looking to upgrade and are an experienced TENS user I'd recommend this as maybe a back-up unit for travel. But if you're on a budget, want a bare bones one without all the different settings, or are just getting started this is a no frills, powerful starter unit at a great price.

I’ve been using this TENS unit for a few weeks now to manage shoulder and lower back pain, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. It’s compact, easy to use, and offers a wide range of modes (22 total), which helps target different muscle groups and pain types.The intensity levels are very customizable, and the EMS function adds a nice bonus for light muscle stimulation. I usually use it after long workdays or workouts, and it definitely helps relax tight muscles and reduce discomfort.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the instructions could be a bit clearer, especially for first-time users. It took a little trial and error to figure out which modes worked best for my needs. Also, the included pads are decent, but I’ll probably replace them soon for better adhesion after several uses.Overall, this is a solid and affordable TENS/EMS combo unit that offers great relief without needing meds. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for at-home pain therapy.

Update (4/15/1025): If I could give this product a rating higher than 5 stars, I would do so! The battery lasts a good long time, so much so that despite wearing it for more hours than I can remember since I bought it, I've only had to charge it once. The device, despite being lightweight, seems to be of excellent quality. I've dropped it a couple times with no ill effects. And, the hip pain that prompted me to get the unit has subsided. I would say it's gone, but I don't want to jinx myself. Thus far, you can't go wrong with this item!have used a number of TENS units over the years for relief from aches and soreness from my work as a tennis professional. I actually wore them while at work, which didn't help sustain the pads. But I haven't used one in the recent past. This new unit is compact, powerful, and easy to navigate. The initial charge seems to be lasting for quite some time as well. My wife and I have used it for approximately 8 hours and I still have the same number of bars as when we started. As far as power goes, I have yet to go past 10 because I receive plennty of power between the 8 and 10 settings. Love the stimulation of my lower back and troublesome hip (which feels like sciatica), and I also have it hooked up simultaneously to what has felt like a minor calf strain. I have all 4 pads with channels A & B going simultaneously and I'm sitting and walking around with the unit in my pocket as I go about my activities at home. I definnitely recommend the unit at this point. I must say that it feels as though one of the cords produces more power, but I haven't done sufficient testing to support that hypothesis. I'll edit this review if something changes.

It has the high strength intensity I that makes your muscle flex with excellent patterns and variety. I've used like 8 different tens machines, this is in the top two or three. Would definitely buy again and again.

Man, this thing is clutch. I just kick back, throw it on after a long day, and it melts the tension right outta my shoulders and knees. Super easy to use, just press a few buttons and boom, you start feeling better. Big win. Definitely feels like one of those things you don’t realize you need until you try it.

This was a lifesaver when my back goes out. Easy to understand I think it was a great value for the money. I think it works well for short-term use.
