Honey-Can-Do3 Piece Mesh Laundry Bag Set LBG-01148 White

As an apartment dweller who uses a communal laundry room with industrial washing machines and dryers, I don't have as much choice as I'd like in what settings to use for my clothes, or in what gets tossed into the machine with what. I do what I can to protect my and my guy's clothes from each other (zipping the jeans, turning some items inside out in case of snags) but some things that should have been able to handle a machine cycle were, in my opinion, too much of a risk. I was doing way more hand washing than anyone with arthritis should ever attempt. These mesh bags, in spite of some of the negative reviews, sounded worth trying, and I'm glad I did.I've been using the bags for about three months now, washing everything from bras to a silk cardigan in them, and nothing has ever escaped the drawstring. The seams are holding up well, and nothing has been damaged. I don't use them in the dryer; none of the delicate items I'm protecting should be put through a dryer cycle anyway; so I get the added bonus of keeping my drip-dry items separate from the get go. At the time that I purchased them, I paid just under $10 for the set that includes the sweater bag and two lingerie bags. Admittedly, it felt like I'd paid too much when I first opened the package... but not come Christmas when I laundered my brand new silk cardigan. The moment I pulled it from the bag and set it to dry with absolutely no damage or fuss was the moment these bags paid for themselves. They do what they're meant to, and they give me peace of mind. Recommended.

I would not recommend any draw string wash bags with spring loaded clips after owning this product.The plastic clips are hard to adjust. I am 30 years old and if I have trouble, I can safely say I would not recommend these to my mom or grandma, especially anyone with arthritis.Once I realized the plastic clips were no good, I decided to take them off and just tie my own knot each time. Then before I knew it the seams that keep the cords on were coming loose. These bags are draw string bags and cannot close without those seams. I wouldn't call them "garbage" because even though I can't use them as wash bags, I repurposed them to polish my furniture.I have been informed by the manufacturer that they have a "limited lifetime warranty". That's nice but I do not want another set of these bags, not even for free.I wouldn't recommend these bags or any draw string wash bags.I ended up going to walmart and I found some sturdy wash bags with ZIPPERS and I have had better luck with those.

These bags are NOT zipper closure like I though I was ordering! I could not tell from the picture but here are the exact words from the product description:"Protect your delicates from snags and pilling by using a mesh wash bag. I am torn and wish it were easier to return. I have had drawstrings in the past and have had issues with them coming open. Will be contacting seller to let them know of their mistake.

How dare them trying to sneak out!!!The mesh is very fine, if you put the bag over your head and walked around you'll probably bump into things, I swear it was just to see how small the holes where, honestly!The fabric feels like the inside of a bathing suit lining I guess that would be nylon right?? Duh! I have to be dramatic explaining things hee hee hee.So I guess thats pretty much it. Oh you probably want to know why I bought it in the first place right? I accidently destroyed my girlfriends priceless treasures (her underwear)Its a very low cost product so your not going to get any bashing from me regardless!
