The Best
Don’t waste your money on any other product such as Metamucil and the like. They have unnecessary ingredients. Just plain good sourced psyllium husk fiber like this – is the best.

Needed the husk form for baking
I needed non powdered psyllium to make Victoria’s All Purpose Ket Flour. The recipe works so the Psyllium husks must be doing their job.

Great fiber supplement.
Very happy it doesn't have any taste or smell. It's coarsely, ground which I like. It doesn't gel up into balls.
