Just as good!
This works just as well as the Neosporin w/ lidocaine and is double in size and 1/4 in price! I was worried since it was so much cheaper but it’s excellent.

Top impossible to remove as instructed.
The top is terribly difficult to get off! My husband and I tried and tried the instructions to push down and turn but we pushed and turned till we were blue in the face! Finally I got a pair of scissors and pried it off. Now I can’t fully screw back on because I would have to pry it off again. Hopefully the top is on enough to keep it from drying out!
