It's great, solid heavy, well made, works well. Couple of things; on the unit it says 1/2 > 3/8 Not so. It is 1/2" square drive to 5/16ths, which is the size of the bits. Normal screwdriver bits are 1/4" hex, and these are MUCH bigger and more substantial. There are all the bits you are likely to need including a PH4 for large cross-head screws which is what I needed. Using it is simple; a hammer strike moves the bit by 20 degrees, and makes sure the bit doesn't cam-out at the same time. Recommend it. It will drive 1/2" sockets so very versatile. Just that confusing labelling.

I have never owned one of these before so I didn't know what to do with it until I read about it, basically select clockwise or anticlockwise on impact and whack it. The two position selector is very stiff to change. I had an outdoor rail I needed to take off as it was badly corroded. The screws were so stiff so I used this tool and a rubber mallet to get them off. At first I thought it wan't doing anything but after a few tries the screws slowly loosened up. I hit my thumb once or twice so take care. It is fairly heavy.

Absolutely brilliant. Had reservations initially that something could cope with 4 big slot screws melded into a 50 year motorbike rotor. But it nailed it. Heavyweight piece of kit and with adaptors that dont bent like foil. You wont regret buying this.
