It might be fine if you're just looking for whole-herb support, but if you're using Bacopa for nootropic purposes, you'd be better off with a standardized extract that clearly lists bacoside content (usually 20% or more). Not fraudulent, just not ideal for those who care about active dosing.

Started off with one…then two. No issues or side effects whatsoever. Take early as possible, otherwise, might be wide awake like I was till almost midnight 😬 Memory & concentration great now! Helps with those🦠🐛 if u know what I mean😉

Overall these seem alright. I don't know that I have noticed much difference with them but I definately don't have any side effects.

This thing made me realize that there is such thing as too good memory, after couple of weeks I started remembering very irrelevant details, also too much detail from nights when I was drunk and wasn't really looking for remembering every single detailAlso I wasn't able to pick and choose what I wanted to remember so ultimately I stopped taking it, but it works

Bacopa has distinctly sharpen my thinking n memory since I began taking it 6 months ago. I take it with Ginko which improves blood flow to the brain and at 80 years of age I am very pleased with the results.

I work long hours from home, have three cats, kids, wife, and travel a lot for business. It is difficult to keep so much information in my brain because I sleep 5-6 hours per day and have many distractions (I am pulled in many different directions during the day and get lots of emails). So, I started to look into a supplement that could keep not only my body but my mind agile. I searched online and gave Carlyle Bacopa Monnieri 2000 MG a try. I have been taking this supplement for about two months and I am very happy with the results. I have more mental clarity, feel less stressed, and believe that I am able to remember more things. In a nutshell both memory and mental agility have improved. Although it is difficult to assign a value to such improvement (and some of it might be cause by a placebo effect), I can tell you that I will continue taking this herbal supplement and see if the effect does not wash out over time. I am so happy that, in fact, I subscribed to get this delivered every three months via Amazon.The bottle has 180 capsules and to get the 2000 MG dosage you need to take two capsules daily. I typically take them in the morning with breakfast. There are presentations with lower Bacopa concentration per capsule but I decided to try these to see if the effect was noticeable, and thankfully it is. I could not find any downside to taking this on the internet. So far, there are no secondary reactions of any type. What else can I say? Just give them a try!
