I use this as a pre-shampoo conditioner. I combine it with equal amounts of pumpkin seed oil and melted coconut oil allow the mixture sit on my hair under a warm towel for about five minutes before shampooing it out. My hair has never looked better!

This pumpkin seed oil is very dark in color and tastes almost roasted, but has a nutty pumpkin flavor. I was hesitant to use it until I researched further. What I found is that cold-pressed, organic, extra virgin pumpkin seed oil is typically dark in color, depending on the thickness and type of pumpkin seed used. This is due to the presence of chlorophyll in the pumpkin seeds. My skin loves it, food tastes better, and a spoonful a day is healthy, just don’t get it on white clothes. I don’t like that it is sourced from China but the product speaks for itself, it is a great oil and I will buy lots more.

I like the flavor it gives to certain recipes. Gives us variety.

Id give it 5 stars but I dont have anything to compare it to. Its definitely robust and I'd think its completely the "real deal". Im definitely not a fan of the taste but atleast its not fake. Its smoothe, dark, and oily with a distinct flavor. I bought it to help with nutrition and fertility, so doen the hatch it will go.

I have to say that this is a bit pricey for me to afford on regular basis so I hope the company will improve on the price and/or the quantity offered. However, the quality is exceptional and I can say that as I have been using this from the day it arrived on my hair and skin as well as my 1-yr old male puppy who I rescued from horrible situation. He was having very odorous pee and though very good with housebreaking, he would still leak some pee here and there - not on purpose but because I knew his body was not healthy and nutrient deficient.As he started in my care eating 100% home cooked vegan diet and lots of organic fruits, veggies, seeds, and healthy fats like co. oil, coconut flakes, hemp oil, etc, he improved. His pee odor went away completely after about a month of being in my care. But I wanted to give more support to his bladder health so I got this and started him on it daily.Not only does he not 'leak' at all but he pees more smoothly when we go on a walk - instead of drips here and there. I hope that makes sense. So, yes, Ii will keep buying but the price I request to be better. If this is around $10 bucks, I can afford better and for long-term as I also like to give to my other dogs.

We have used pumpkin seed oil in the past and the taste was palatable, but in our opinion this product tasted old and metallically.

I purchased this in April, and we still have half a bottle left. I use this for my husbands scalp massages (which we either do 1x a day or 2x a week depending on time availability). He's been experiencing some hair thinning do to what we guess is DHT affecting his hair growth cycle. He isn't balding, but the hair growth phase is shortened, leaving him with a constant state of short hair repeating in a cycle (growing then falling out, then growing again) in some areas. For months, he supplemented with Saw Pawmetto, and we applied Rosemary oil and other herbal oils religiously. It did help increase hair growth, but we still were dealing with the same shortened hair cycle. Then we started using this oil since Pumpkin oil has been proven in some studies to help increase hair density. And so far so good...I don't think we will ever be able to find something natural to lengthen my husband's hair growth cycle (other than by changing his diet and supplementing), but I have noticed that the density of his hair has improved quicker than when we were just using the rosemary oil. It has a slight smell, but he uses it before bed and washes it out in the morning. Nonetheless, I will be continue to by this oil, because I've seen results from it.
