I purchased these wrist supports to alleviate some wrist soreness I was experiencing during my kettlebell workouts. They offer excellent support and are incredibly comfortable, allowing me to perform the exercises without any worries about further injury. These straps were exactly what I was looking for. The help with supporting your wrists when doing heavier exercises or if you have chronic wrist pain. They work perfectly and they definitely help with supporting weak or injured wrists in regular exercise and when lifting a bit more heavy.

I’ve had these for over a year, still work super well, are of good quality, provide a little extra support for some movements. I’ve used them as a means of extra support for bench and a few other lifts if I have a tendinitis flair up. Would buy again.
