Awesome Ladder
This ladder is fantastic! Even my son was amazed by its weight and sturdiness. It easily supports over 300 lbs, which gives me the confidence to step on it without any hesitation.

If you weigh over 250 lbs, this ladder is for you.
So happy that I ordered this ladder.... as a chunky girl, it gives me some confidence to climb the ladder and fill safe. Most tall ladders only go upto 200 to 250 lbs and though I wish I only weighed that amount to not have to worry about it, I don't at this time. It felt sturdy but yet light weight enough to move it around my home where needed.

nice secure ladder
we bought this ladder for trimming large bushes that can no longer be reached from the ground. having said that positioning the ladder on the grass is very clearly the biggest concern. But with a good solid spot this ladder is very stable even in grass. it fits our needs very well. even on the 4th step my 78 yr old bones feel secure on it. good ladder.

Hand rail and tray flimsy - Ladder itself just fine
The ladder's base was made well, heavy, and steady, but the fold-up handrail and paint tray felt flimsy. There was a good deal of play where the tray supports (handrails) moved forward and back an inch or so. I wouldn't feel safe putting a can of paint on the tray. I returned the ladder the day it arrived. Climbing it felt safe, but holding onto the handrail made me nervous.
