I’ve been using Applied Nutrition Shred X daily alongside my OMAD keto routine and light morning walks and running, and it’s genuinely boosted my energy and focus without any jitters. The sour gummy bear flavor makes it easy to take, and I love that it dissolves cleanly without a bitter aftertaste like some fat burners. I notice a real difference in my alertness and thermogenic effect during the day, workouts and even walking feel sharper, and my appetite is better managed. The 30-serving tub has lasted me a month so far, and I can see noticeable support for fat metabolism without feeling over-caffeinated or anxious. For someone on keto and OMAD like me, this hits the sweet spot between energy, fat support, and convenience. I’ve tried other fat burners before, but this one is consistent, effective, and actually enjoyable to take. Definitely one I’ll be sticking with and recommending to anyone serious about fat loss.

Ive used this for about 14 months now and lost 40kg in that time. Of course with exercise and a healthy diet also but I swear by this pre workout as it had me sweating buckets when I was at my heaviest. My PT has even started recommending it to his clients based on my results and they all were impressed by it. I won’t recommend anything unless I’ve used it for a decent amount of time myself. The only thing I will say is it needs to be shaken as it does clump a bit ontop of water. Any protein shaker or bottle will do as it doesn’t need a shaker ball or to be shaken for long either. The taste is pleasant and I don’t get too itchy. I find it best personally to use 30 mins before a workout which seems to be the sweet spot for me when strength training or doing cardio. I also use it when kickboxing. I’ve had no issues getting to sleep at night if I’ve trained in the evening providing I’ve put the work in when training. I drink coffee when doing weekly night shifts but up to now I still get a good hit from the caffeine in this pre workout regardless of me being used to caffeine so it may be a bit strong for someone who doesn’t usually have any caffeine at all. Maybe in that case use half a scoop to start with to test what you’re comfortable with.

I haven't seen much different with weightloss since using for a month, it does give me more energy at the gym. It tastes nice which is a bonus.

Pros: - Mixes easily, great texture. - Tastes great, strong greentea flavour. Cons: - Not effective. You will need at least 1,5 scoop and Im not even a big coffeine-junkie. I dont think it actually has 200mg caffeine.. - No creatine in it. - Not cheap / serving. - There are better options for almost the same price..

If you're the sort of person who takes a day off sick because you've got a bit of man flu, walk away now. Kicks in later than my previous preworkout drinks and once you've broken the seal on the sweating, your only option is fight or flight mode.... you just gotta fight it off and feed it with your training. Even breaks between sets, it's fighting you, telling you to go more, go heavy, go harder. - and by fighting you, I mean, probably most of the symptoms you'll see in the negative reviews. You've got to beat it out of your system and not let the negatives take over. Flavour - it's OK, certainly neither good or bad. Mixing - no issues even with creatine added. Energy - definitely pushed a harder session out of me. Weight Loss - too early for me to tell. Appetite suppressant - hasn't affected me. Overall, will stick it out til the end of the tub at the very least. Will be adjusting my timing to get the peak kick dialled in, and not towards the end. But would recommend, with caution. Personally, I wouldn't take this if I was more into cardio and high intensity workouts, My Heart Rate would be ridiculous and the sweating would be intolerable.

Took this pre workout for the first time this morning (at 5:45am) it is currently 8:06 and still feel like I’m sweating! I don’t normally take pre workout as I don’t like the feeling of itching but didn’t get any of that with this. Felt more focused during the workout, was able to push harder than normal without fatigue. Personally really like the taste and it mixed well.

Was hoping for an epic buzz with this fat burner but it’s not as potent as described. Even a double scoop doesn’t give me the same affect as what Oxyshred does. So spend the extra money and stick to oxyshred. No returns for this product which is very frustrating as I’d prefer my money back so I can buy something that’s actually going to do what it’s meant to do.
