Q: Do you sell a sealer for a R.V. plactict or whatever a waste holding tank is made of ?

you would have to contact them direct, this sealer is for metal gas tanks and I don't know if it would work on plastic.

Yes and no it could definitely but I would be worried about the hole getting bigger after rust or further cracking depending on what happened . I used this after the rust blaster to coat the inside of a motorcycle metal fuel tank and it worked great, but for your 1200 gallon tank, I don't think this will help at all as it is more of a coating than a crack repair and you would need way to much of this product to even try. I would search for another product for your repair.
