The steam power works well, but the water tank is very small. It needs to be refilled frequently — even when cleaning something like a shower, I had to stop and refill multiple times before finishing. It’s fine for small jobs or spot cleaning, but if you’re planning to clean larger areas, the frequent refills can be frustrating. Good concept, just limited by the water capacity.

I used this on my glass-top stove and it worked great. I've used brillo (gently), I've used 409, I've used Krud Kutter and a bunch of other products. They take forever and it's grimy work. You usually end up with a less-bad mess, but never fully clean. This thing is wizardry. You blast a small area about the size of a playing card, wipe it clean - might have to do it twice.. Move on. So, it takes a while, but when it's done, it's DONE. That ancient yellow waxy oil film melts right off. I got my whole stovetop and control panel clean like brand new. (there is some tough grunge on the burners, I might have to use acetone and a razor blade). But the whole thing overall looks factory-fresh. I'm very impressed. My advice is to use an old cotton towel, and keep using clean spots on the towel to wipe, that grease in the towel will just keep smearing if you don't keep using a fresh patch of towel. Then throw the towel away, you don't want that in your washer. They also say you need distilled water, I'd follow that advice, or you'll probably clog the tiny jet with minerals pretty quick. This thing will use about 6 oz of water in about 10 minutes of cleaning. Hard water will ruin it.

This steam cleaner works pretty well for removing the grime out of my grout. It doesn’t fully restore it to white, but it looks much better than before! You can see the before (top right) and after (bottom left) in my picture. It’s noticeably cleaner and whiter, and looks much better. My two biggest criticisms: the trigger takes a lot of effort to push, and you need to keep it pressed to release steam. My thumbs are sore and tired because it takes so much energy to keep pressed down. I wish there was just a lock/unlock switch and an easier to use trigger. I’m not a fan of that design since it makes the tool ineffective for larger cleaning jobs. My second criticism is that the water tank is so small. I only got through a few large tiles worth of grout before it ran out of water. The small water tank makes the product lighter, but that’s not a huge benefit to me when the trigger is so hard to keep pressed down in the first place. 5 stars for cleaning power, 3 stars for design / usability.

First thing to know - There is no On/Off switch, to turn it on you plug it in, to turn it off you unplug it. There is an indicator light near where the power cord enters the device. Its supposed to turn on (Glow red) when the steam cleaner is warming up but then turns off when full temperature is achieved. Mine NEVER turned on. Yes I watched for it. The instructions say to use no more than 10oz. of distilled water; use the measuring cup provided. The cup has a max fill line @ 6.6oz. If you fill the provided measuring cup to overflow, it is just shy of 10oz. Also, my cup came with a full length crack, luckily I have measuring cups that I can use. When it finally came up to pressure I tried it out on the grout behind my stove, still yellow. It did a fairly nice job on smooth surfaces, provided you immediately wipe the grime off or it will just harden again. I did try out the extended hose but there is significant pressure drop and I'm sure the steam temperature is significantly lower. Minus the hose extension, there are some nice attachments with stiff brushes, that are quite useful. Sans the broken cup and indicator, the unit worked as expected, but then my expectations weren't that high to begin with. I will keep it.

The way I am nerding out about this device!!!! My baseboards have never been cleaner, same with the tracks of all my windows, sliding doors, sink drains, those little bolts on the back of the toilet seat, shower head and any and every other thing I can reach!! But this. You won’t regret it! Lightweight, easy to use, steam gets sooo hot, cord length is perfect for doing a long length of baseboards!

This is a great steamer for the price. It is exactly what I needed and cleans tough dirt and grime greatly. If you’re planning to maw a whole day of it, just know the steamer runs out a bit quick, then you have to wait for it to decompress and cool before you can refill it again. That’s the only thing, that the tank is small but that’s what I payed for. Also don’t fill it too much or it won’t work- duh- but that means you have to use the measuring cup each time. La verdad estoy sorprendido. Es pequeña pero muy funcional y tiene muy buena presión y volumen de vapor. Viene con algunos aditamentos que ayudan a facilitar los trabajos de limpieza. Me hubiera gustado que el gatillo de liberación de vapor estuviera en otro sitio un poco más accesible pero no es gran problema. Satisfecho con la relación calidad precio y su buena funcionalidad y tamaño

Bissell is a household name but my steamer worked only once and never again. I would like a refund and do not want to risk another.

Se compró en 3 ocaciones el producto pero en 2 de los pedido el producto venía con uso y uno de ellos con bastante desgaste solo uno salió nuevo
