A little more expensive than I would normally pay for something like this but I think they definitely worked. My gut health feels much better and I would look at researching something similar that is a bit cheaper.

I have enjoyed taking these daily supplements that are a one month supply. I have been consciously trying to improve my micro biome by improving my diet and I wanted to take a new supplement to give my body a boost. The tablets were easy to take, had no unpleasant taste and were reasonably small in size for swallowing. The instructions were easy to follow and the tablets can be taken with or without food. The tablets are also dairy free, soya free and suitable for vegans. The tablets were easy to incorporate into my routine and I would be happy to recommend them.

Firstly these are the first probiotic product I've taken. Sitting at just over £22 this is something I would usually avoid , but trying to help my body, for the amount of tablets I went for it. Im unsure if these help my ibs or not but i definitely feel like my gut it having a clear out! Just take 1 daily , which are really small for what I expected so was pleasantly surprised. These are quickly swallowed easily and can be taken with or without food. I started to think they were kicking in around day 3-4.

I really struggle with capsules as they are usually quite big, I love how small these are as it makes it so much easier to swallow.There is no real scent to these so even more easier to take one.You get 30 capsules in a plastic tub that keep they fresh and secure.The price point seems pretty good to me.These are also suitable for vegans which is a plus for meOverall I am happy with the product.

I have definitely noticed a difference in my digestion after taking these, I am less bloated as well which is a plus.Container is small and easy to open, and the tablets are small and easy to swallow. In the beginning I did notice an aftertaste but this does seem to have stopped.Would buy these again but do find them a little expensive compared to others.
