It does take a few times of use to learn what is comfortable for you. I really love it. It really helped with my sinuses when I used medium heat and medium pressure.

Improper fit and heavy
This mask doesn't fit correctly and doesn't even touch my eyes. It just squeezes my temples, and I noticed others said the same. It also is very heavy and seems uncomfortable. I am returning.
