This tape stays in place. I have used some that became loose after a short amount of time. This stays in place the entire time. Even with the sweat.

I wear tape a lot on my forearm due to tennis elbow. This tape is good in terms of staying power (I can leave it on for a few days). That said I don’t think it’s gentle compared to some other non-name brands out there. Every time I removed the tape, I removed some of my skin too.Easy to apply, comes with a little color page showing where to put it for more common injuries. Price is good.

I tried this tape because I was having intolerable knee pain. I had seen it used at the Olympics and thought it might help. I googled the instructions. There are lots of YouTube videos that show you how to apply to many different areas.This was created by chiropractors. No medical doctor has ever suggested using this tape to help decrease my RA pain and symptoms.I’ve had great results. I’ve used it for my knees, shoulders, wrists. Super helpful for me. I get enough support and stability for my joints. I’m very happy with this product. When applying to clean skin it stays on through showers and life. I think I’ve had it on 5 days. Really very helpful. I will continue to use this product.
