Great vitamins for a very good price
I had classic signs of vitamin d deficiency. I read that vitamin d3 was better than what doctor prescribed in the past. After taking these, my milk craving stopped and the brain fog lifted. I can now actually concentrate and my memory has improved.

Vitamins are hard to swallow but not terrible
Not sure if it’s worth the hype. Still a little early though as I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks. No aftertaste or tummy issues-so that’s a bonus. A bit hard to swallow.
