I recommend this hall tree. The coloring is gorgeous. It was shipped with protective corners and plenty of packaging. My husband and I feel it is a great buy. Also, it is sturdy. (It held our big butts.)I'm still giving 5 stars because I love it, but the instructions could use some clarity. It took us 5 hours to put together. We sent the kids to their rooms and called it a date night.

If it wasn't such a hassle to take it apart, I would return this. I understand , for the price, it's not made of wood. But the cardboard back is so flimsy and adds to the cheap appearance. And don't get me started on the instructions.....

It takes some patience to assemble it. You may need hardier tools to screw in the nails but it will be worth it. Love the size and all the space to store. Looks great in my living room.

This thing is so cute! Holds a decent amount of storage. Only complaint is that the lights didn’t work but still functional with them.

Love it! The color is darker than advertised which I had read in other reviews. It is more of a rustic wood and gorgeous. It has easy to install instructions & comes with all tools needed. I put it together in 3 hrs(of course I took a break here and there). It’s heavier on bottom which makes it extremely stable. I would recommend to anyone looking to beautify their entryway

Took my husband and I about two hours to put it together so assembly was a little tiresome be prepared for a lot of pieces. It’s somewhat sturdy, but not what we hoped for when considering the price. It is also a completely different color brown wood than the picture. More of a deep walnut than an oak cedar look. Good for our small mudroom, and great to store shoes. Just thought it would be a better quality of wood for the price but hey, gets the job done. Took a star because the color was completely different.

The tools they sent with it were the only difficult part about this. Easiest thing ever to put together. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I am in love!

So far I’m displeased how it said set up is only 1 hour but I’m on hour 3 on step 4. The pieces keep breaking. However, I’m impressed they did send quickly and tools to help. But the top support shouldn’t be held but little wooden nubs that don’t keep it sturdy and break easy. Will be using screws and will update.
