Scotch-Mount Multi-Purpose Gel Tape Double Sided was perfect for what my Son was looking for in attaching a car accessory inside his car. The gel tape is very strong. I purchased this sometime ago and the adhesion has not given even in driving in a car. I can see great functionality of the tape being used for many purposes. It’s very easy to use. There’s no smell to it. For the price I paid there’s a lot of tape!! I highly recommend!!

Great product works like a super tape! I would recommend setting the up the item in place with scotch tape then take off the item from the desired location and replace scotch tape with super mount and put it back in place because its extra sticky and very heavy duty. Hard to maneuver once in place but possible with enough manipulation. Overall great product and works perfectly! I hate using nails so typically I use tape for just about everything and this is the super duper heavy duty sticker for you. Also very easy to reuse but very sticky, sticks to everything like glue. I put it on the wall w/paint and had no issues but I very gently pulled it off from the bottom as the instructions detail. I've also ripped it off wood before with no problem. Its really like a super tape and doesn't leave marks behind. (also like how the tape is double sided)

So far so good! I've used this to anchor picture frames on my wall that tend to shift and not sit straight. I put a small piece at the bottom of the frame. The pictures stay put. The tape is easy to use and clean, no stickiness left on my hands or surfaces. I feel comfortable using it on painted walls in the future.

I like this product, but have found it doesn’t always adhere well to some of the listed surfaces, even when surface is prepped. Worked well, however, for most projects I used it for. I would continue to purchase this product, as it works really well for most purposes I use it for.

I used this product to mount some lightweight UV lights in my china (uranium glass) cabinet. I applied it about a month ago, and it is still holding strong. I do keep the roll in a plastic bag (included) to avoid getting dog hair attached to the edges. The tape itself is thick, but not to the point that it is noticeable when mounted. I have used it for several projects now, and it has not let me down yet.

Good for lighter objects. Thick & sticks well. Don’t expect to take it off easily though. It is very sticky.

This is not as sticky as it is lead to believe. It is not for a strong hold. good for maybe hanging posters or door signs so that tape doesn't show. I will say the side that you have to peel away , easily pulls off. I have found other double sided tapes to be troublesome peeling away the tape. Over all , good for lightweight projects.

I had to replace my 3M Command brand mounts because they are hook and hook which doesn't work like hook and loop. This has the tab for removal like the Command strips, but actually holds things together. Command and Scotch are both 3M products. Works like a charm.
