Disgusting. Its super gritty and gross consistency. Actual taste wasnt horrible. I took a packet apart to investigate and it grossed me out. Looks like a gel. Reminded me of all that can go wrong with a juice pocket. The volume of one packet is not going to do much either. If you are in need of mag citrate, just buy the $5 clear bottle from the grocery or drug store. Took 3, threw the rest away.
