I really like this and have bought it a number of times through Amazon. It seems to keep well after being opened, and it is a drier and harder feta than other brands I have bought. When you open the packet loads of briney water doesn't fall out (as with other brands)... I don't know what that means in terms of quality... but I like it! It does have a sightly more 'processed texture' if that makes sense? Less crumbly and more 'string-cheese like'. I use it for spanish omelettes and sprinkled on salads. I recommend it. For the price - it's amazing value.
