Value for 50 bags is great. The bags are in a material and not paper-love that. The size of the bags are small. You just heat up your water, steep for 12 minutes (I also use a mug warmer) and stir. I drink straight, no honey. I enjoy that it’s not super bitter. I have mixed with MCT powder.

Maybe it's just me but after drinking this tea for two weeks my stomach was upset and I had to stop I do believe that it would help with my health but I can't handle it. I'd like a refund for the unused portion but it's not possible because it's a type of food. I guess I understand this but in fairness they should tell you this upfront so be careful what you buy and check it out first.
