I have an Anycubic Photon Mono and these fit fairly well in place of the original vat. Much stronger material, and the benefit of being able to change the film is awesome. But be careful when unscrewing the screws as they strip very easily. Using the hex tool included with the vat, I stripped one of the screws the very first time I removed the plate. It is possible that the screw is simply installed too tightly or it could be that the hex tool included is slightly too small for the screw head. Fortunately I purchased the two pack so I could just go to the next vat and I will have to contact customer care to see if they have screws available. Not a really big deal just pretty annoying. For the most part all of the Sovol products that I've purchased have been really good! These vats are certainly a much better value for the money then buying the vats that are necessary for the Anycubic Photon Mono since you cannot just replace the film alone on that printer's vat.

I bought this as a replacement vat for my anycubic resin. Printer, fit perfectly and with the very convenient marked measurements it is very functional and very durable. Easy to set up and a great price.

I have an anycubic photon mono 4k printer. My fep got damaged and I went to replace it, and found out then that they use proprietary (expensive and more to the fact wasteful since you have to replace the the holders with the sheet) feps. So I looked at alternatives and this was mentioned as a good, or at least formerly good one to get. I considered getting it directly from the manufacturer, but I like knowing that if I'm not happy from an amazon order that returns are usually pretty simple. I was hesitant to order this after reading reviews (black finish coming off, protective sheets not removed before install, that they've changed their design and aren't as good of a deal as before. From these reviews I was hoping I'd get one of the green ones, which seem to have a finish that won't rub off. On the positive side mine came in good condition (no random poor machining, and no protective covering left on). I do see the issue with the paint rubbing off when cleaning, and that's just using a paper towel to wipe off resin, not even using IPA. I would say that's a pretty significant issue that they should have fixed by now. For fit, I saw comments ranging from didn't fit to was a perfect fit for the mono 4k. Well it does fit. Not as nicely as the original factory one, and the pour spout is not as well designed. One screw fully goes into the socket, and the other is a bit in no-man's land (not off by much but enough). But even if you jiggle it and change the orientation, it still covers the whole screen and the build plate fits in it without scrapping. I do miss the fit of the original since it went in and you knew exactly how it fit, and pouring out resin was slightly less of a mess. As for quality, this thing is so much more solid than the factory plastic one that came. I also have used the silicone as a base to sit on when it's outside of the printer to avoid scratching the bottom. If I ever get into using multiple resin baths, than I'd definitely look into getting another ones of these. We'll see if my opinion changes when it comes time to change the fep for the first time, since they now want their proprietary pre-drilled ones. On the other hand, they also link directly to a template you can print off of Thingiverse so that you can get blank sheets and cut/drill them yourself. Overall positive experience, but has room to improve.

The construction of this vat is very good, nice aluminum with volume markings on the back and a perfect fit on the Photon mono. The FEP is clean and clear, well mounted and ready for the printer. The cover is a nice snug fit which will keep the resin clean and prevent evaporation very well. Good price when looking at other options and great to have the extra vat so you can don't have to empty each time you change colors. I plan to purchase another of these so I can keep several colors available quickly!

Yes, Anycubic ships a cheap plastic resin vat with every 3D printer they make. Think of that resin vat as you free back-up vat, for whenever THIS resin vat fails you, which, so far, is NEVER. Sovol's resin vat has a metal frame with actual measuring gradients reliefed inside the vat, and unlike with Anycubic's resin vat and FEP film replacements, anyone with an Allen wrench set can easily replace the FEP film — and that alone — without having to replace the entire bottom of the vat. Sovol's resin vat also comes with form-fitting, protective vat covers — top and bottom — to protect your FEP film whenever it's not at work in your printer. FEP film eventually fails, but this resin vat can extend its lifespan and usefulness considerably. Save money AND get better dependability with Sovol here!

It is sad that the Photo vat requires a specific FEP piece only made by Anycubic. It is also sad they charge horrendous shipping for such a small item. Instead of dealing with the proprietary cash grab Anycubic has in place, I decided to instead just replace the vat and change out the FEP's in a non proprietary manner. It is sad that I have to do that. With that said, the vat works perfectly. It is all metal and the the reinstalled FEP is well tuned. The FEP also comes sandwiched in a silicone protector which is nice and reusable. I shouldn't have to do this to replace a FEP, but I am grateful there is the options to avoid the above mentioned trap. EDIT: I just went to replace the FEP on this vat and found that the vat design was changed. Instead of have two rings to sandwich the FEP, there is only one now. It is near impossible to get the same tension you could on the older model. You can buy there own predrilled FEP sheets but only on their website. Still tension is an issue. Why wouldn't they just start a new sale page instead of adding to the same one. I feel lied to.

This vat fit our 3D printer perfectly. My hubby was so excited that he could back to printing quickly after our old one decided to leak. The price is really good so we'll most likely buy 1 or 2 more to have as back up

I like to jump between resins for different applications, its great to be able to pop the included lid on and sit it in a UV proof area. Good quality aluminium vat. standard FEP mounting ring. good markings for resin volume. No real negatives.

Great value for money. Way better for my mono than the stock options.

I was given a Photon Mono for Christmas, I could only find replacement FEPs on the Anycubic site. They weren't too expensive the shipping costs were really high. So I found this resin vat which: 1) fits my Mono 2) is made of higher quality materials (solid aluminium Vs plastic) 3) has good availability for replacement FEPs 4) costs less than 2 replacement FEPs and shipping from the official manufacturer I've done a few prints from it and have had no problems with them, and the covers are a really good idea. If you have a Mono, I can't think of a reason why you wouldn't get one if these.
