Works Well! Minus the Flashing Glitch! Solution bellow!
So I got this label printer, and it worked fine for a while. Then I had to replace the label roll, and it started feeding the paper in the middle. I went searching for answers to absolutely no avail. Then, considering my IT support background from back in the day, it occurred to me: PRESS AND HOLD THE BUTTON FOR A FEW SECONDS, AND IT RESETS ITSELF. Worked like a charm. So for those frustrated, this is the trick. Hope this helps. It’s not a bad printer for the money. I am giving it 5 starts regardless of the hiccup because it works as intended.

A decent printer, but not really user friendly
I've never used a thermal printing machine before, so it took me about a half hour or so to figure out how to load and use this. I wrecked a ton of labels that got jammed inside the machine before I could get it to print, as there was no useful instruction manual. Its Bluetooth printing doesn't work right - at least from my experience - so I had to hook it up to my desktop computer. That all being said, it does print decently - the ink itself is a bit spotty though and light, but it does what I need it for (Etsy shipping labels), so 3 stars overall.

This Printer Has Many Uses
I just got my printer today. While I've read many reviews that say it doesn't work or doesn't work correctly, that hasn't been my experience. I do have some questions. There are two different models on Amazon, Model Name PL925 and Model Name ZJ-9250. can't find any difference between them, but one has 125 reboot reviews that say it's a great printer, and the other has many reviews that say is a horrible printer. It came with sample paper folded style - I don't like it because it gets stuck. Hopefully, the roll paper that I ordered doesn't have that problem. It automatically shoots out one blank label every time you load paper, which seems very wasteful because there's no way to use that paper after it's been rolled out. Next, the Android software is horrible, unless I close it after each print, it reprints the last image, and then the new. The software for Windows is okay. It prints, and it resizes the pictures correctly. For Android, it doesn't do that. The software for iOS works on my iPad. The beauty of this printer and the reason I bought it is that it can print multiple sizes of labels, shipping labels, labels to label things like leftovers in the kitchen, miniature pictures for little rewards at school. etc, but it seems wasteful that it shoots out a blank label every time you load new label paper. I got my roll of labels today and I understand the frustration that many people have had I ordered a roll of 4x6 labels that stated there were 380 seats on the roll. When I tried to put them into the printer it was obvious that they weren't going to fit no matter what I did puzzled over the idea for a little while and decided to try taking some labels off to see if that worked. I had to remove 15 labels before it would actually fit in the printer and the lid would close so any roll with more than 365 labels will not fit and since many of the rolls I see on Amazon have 500 labels I could imagine it would be very frustrating. Next it is the same, when it loads a blank label suits out and that would be a wasted label if I had to change my label tape. And finally the labels are not quite 4x6 they are just a little wider than the guides which made it very hard to load the paper.

Great for Round Label
There are a few key points that make this thermal printer a step above it’s competitors and it’s worthwhile mentioning key engineering design decisions. 1. Transparent Cover - The top compartment is transparent so that you can see what labels you’re using. If you have multiple label types you need yo account for, this is it. 2. Built-In Rod - This is essential because it will hell prevent the rolled labels from shifting while printing and it keeps it within the machine, making it compact without needing additional desk space for the labels. 3. Simple Set-Up - It’s practically plug and play for the hardware and software. For me, I needed a thermal printer that can print my round labels without having a label holder behind it and without having to constantly switch between different types of labels. This solves that problem. Although it is bulkier than my previous thermal printer, the previous one actually took up more space if you account for the label storage.

Power failure in 90 days
This printer worked great for about 2 months and then I went to print a label one day and it had zero power. There was no power outages, no issues with anything else in same outlet or room. Outlet works great. Only the printer has no power. No support - other than a Q&A in which they tell you to unplug device and plug back in and turn on.. Which I obviously did before trying to reach out. But if I have to buy a printer every 90 days, not worth the time or money.
