I really wish I had taken before pictures. That aside, my guest bathroom toilet is too close to the wall. As such, I discovered mold/mildew had formed behind the top of the tank and at the corner of the lid as well as inside the lid. I purchased this "30 SECONDS Pro Mold and Mildew Stain Remover" product as it seemed like the thing. Man, this thing works fast. It only took one squirt per stain for me. In 30 seconds, the mold/mildew wasn't completely gone, but it had faded quite a lot. I think in 60 seconds, there was no sign of any mold or mildew. All of it was removed. The instructions said to wipe down the area afterward (or rinse). I did this, though I don't think I needed to. As others have noted, it does have a strong bleach smell. However, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I did turn on the exhaust fan though. I highly recommend this product for clearing any bathroom mold/mildew based on my personal experience. While I don't want to see mold/mildew anywhere else, I will use it again (assuming the area isn't one of the few surfaces where use of this product is not recommended, like on marble).

This is really strong bleach that gets black mold/mildew out and works really quickly. The odor is really intense and you need to run the fan and wear protective gloves as this is categorized as a corrosive. It is recommended to rinse after using- I didn’t rinse at first and it left a film of fine salt on the tiles and door. It was easy to use and took the stubborn stains out. I used this to remove the black mold and mildew stain under the caulking in the shower. The photo shows the black stains after the caulk was removed. I sprayed and it removed the discolored areas. Applied white caulk and the shower looks cleaner!

This absolutely works! I sprayed it on my boat seats and no joke in 30 seconds it was clean. Worth the price and actually works!

This thing works like magic. I had blinds and a poorly isolated window frame covered in black mold due to the humidity and after spraying this on both, they are just like new, pure white. While I could wipe the window frames after applying, it is a lot harder to rinse or wipe blinds, so the product stayed on them, which led to 5 straight days of super strong bleach smell in that room and even in our house. I had to leave the window open at all times as the smell is extremely strong and even caused some mild headaches. I would recommend as long as you take the right precautions (also wear gloves and work clothes, it indirectly turned one of my sweatshirt pink just via the mist..)

I wasn't sure what to expect with this product. It was delivered on time and was wrapped in plastic (each bottle individually). I've used many cleaners in the past with mixed results. I wanted to remove some dark spots on the ceiling in two bathrooms and equally some areas in and around the bathtub and tiles. This doesn't require that you leave the spray on the surface very long. It also suggests that you spray this on a dry surface. I followed the directions and used a Mr. Clean Magic Sponge to wipe the areas I'd sprayed on the tiles. Even before I started the clean up I could see that the spray had done the job in most areas. On the ceilings I used a Swiffer to remove the spray on materials and again, the mold spots came right off. Bottom line is this stuff works with stain and mold removal. There is a pretty strong smell of bleach so be prepared. You won't want to leave it overnight. I left the surfaces untouched for more more than 3-5 minutes before I wiped them down. I will use this again and I found it to be very effective.

FINALLY found a product that works!!!! This product lives up to all its claims. I sprayed my shower walls (which had mold and soap build up) and within 30 seconds.....GONE! No scrubbing needed. I was truly amazed. I will be buying this again and again. Please note that it does leave an odor but I just sprayed down the walls of the shower to rinse and lit a candle. Thank you to whoever made this!!!

That stain remover works wonders! It does!!! I expected to have some results, but not what I saw- a clean and completely mildew-free surface. I definitely recommend it. However, it has a strong chlorine smell. Otherwise, it's great!!!

I ordered this hoping that it would work on my bathroom walls. I have black mold which I have not been unable to get rid of with bleach and other cleaning products. I sprayed it in a small section of the wall to test it. It worked within minutes. I couldn’t believe it. It’s been a 3 days so far and the mold has not come back so we will see. I will say, it has a strong smell. If you don’t have proper ventilation the smell can be overwhelming and give you headaches. I wish I could spray the whole wall but I don’t have a window in my bathroom so I will need to figure out how to use this product. I’m also concerns about health concerning and breathing this in. I would definitely wear a mask as well.
