You get a great amount for the price. It's easy to take down with sufficient water. Has little to no taste for me unless you leave it on your tongue for a long time which you shouldn't have to. And it does work wonders on your stomach even after the first night you take it, especially if you haven't taken it in a while.

I liked rhe regular pills before but I like these more purely for their value, just take 2 instead of 3 as it’s about the same as the original and it works just as well. I would not mix these with anything just take them straight up as they taste very dusty and it clumps up you would need to blend it with whatever liquid you want to mix it in.

Great quality fiber, for taller dudes you may need to go from 3 to 4 pills, per serving. At least, that’s what I’ve found to be my perfect dosage. Easy to swallow pills and it keeps your digestion regular, especially if you are doing any kind of body recomposing.
