Brother ScanNCut SDX125e is a great Craft Room Machine.
Brother ScanNCut SDX125e cutting machine has brought me many hours of crafting fun. I have made lots of paper crafts for my young relatives. I plan on using it for cutting out fabric applique for quilting or machine embroidery projects. My first project was making a vinyl design on a license plate for my husband's truck. Mostly, I have made cards, lanterns, and boxes that needed to be assembled. A great product with so many uses. The scanner feature is awesome.

If you have a brother scan and cut. Your fabric is going to slide unless you use the gold mat

I read some reviews where the ScannCut would not recognize the mat. I had no problem with that. I hope they remember to remove the clear sheet over the mat which would cause the scanncut not recognize the mat. It is a Brother mat not a knock off. I have used it several time cutting fabric squares for a quilt.
